To create pnd images form excel text data. User will upload the excel text data from the upload form. System will use a background template and overlay text on the image to create a png file. A weblink for the created image will be provided. (photobucket api need to be implemented to upload the image to the service.) Can you provide a completed PNG sample ? Also provide the excel file sample. Is the service to be offered free to users? What text the excel contains ? Is there any admin panel to the site required ?
