ooking for someone to fully undertake the management of the web site as described below but not limited to:
1. Establish the web environment (setting up servers, databases, security, backup, etc.).
2. Intergrade API as required.
3. Create, modify, and mange existing pages.
4. Build, test and implement new functionalities and features with associated technologies (PHP, YII framework, bootstrap, CSS etc.).
5. Manage and maintain a fully functional website at all times.
6. Document all the activities and maintain logs. Create site documentation.
7. Establish site management and maintenance routines.
You must be well rounded web developer and admin. Must have expreince in YII framework.
Hourly rate $5 or less ONLY please
