.ht access file redirect with Canonicalization rules

I need someone to fix .ht access file to redirect from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] with Canonicalization rules for index.html. The recently revised ht access file redirect doesn't completely work and also prevents Google Custom Search Engine from loading when in https. Both issues need to be addressed asap. Thanks.
