Altcoin Payment Gateway for a new coin -- 3

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed. it needs to be similar to coin gate. Or gourl dot io even like the bitpay api most similar needs to integrate with all the shopping carts and websites so we can give this to retailers to use.. You need to have skills in PHP 5.6, MySQL 5.7, JQuery, Bootstrap, Codeigniter Framework, Smarty 3, own Bitcoin/Altcoin Daemons- it can also be clo ne of something like Bitp ay API- can handle multiple crypto currencies this is for e commerce retailers since we want to be a payment processor - This is NOT payment gateway integration - Only 3 part milestones accepted 20% to start and another 30% at delivery and MVP- the rest of miletsone AFTER it gets pen tested
