amazon mws api developer for web app, clear concise specs

Project Overview: I am looking for a developer to develop and deploy a web app that will use the Amazon mws api. The web app will be a messaging system for amazon sellers to use with customers. Requirements and Specs: -the ability to create autoresponding messages when customers purchase a product. -various filters for the messages that will allow the seller to further target their messages. (ie repeating customers, customers who have already left seller feedback) -and More More details will be provided. A complete wireframe/UI will be given to you. There will be absolutely no ambiguity for what we're looking for. I know how frustrating it is to work with someone who doesn't know what they want. We're looking for a developer who will work with us until we release the final version. We'll start with a stripped down version (MVP) and slowly add features when appropriate. We will iterate through an agile style workflow. Features will be clearly defined and given to you. Please put the name of the php framework you are most well versed in at the top of your application to be considered.
