hello there read your description and i would like to submit my proposal for your requirement. You have mentioned mobile platform and PHP in your tags, which one is it? Relevant experience for this JOB. I am a well experienced (6+ years) PHP developer and web developer. I have created mobile apps to but only as web apps using phonegap. I have a few questions about the project : - will i be getting the input as numbers from the sensor itself or do i have to capture it from a graph. - do you have the images calm/dull/tense? or does it have be generated on the fly? - you will need to give me a clear definition of what different modes you want, how to recognize categorize each type of signal. - where is the output going to go? webpage? device? I have mentioned a long time for the project to be complete because this is a medical field(?) so i want to make sure the software is properly tested before its deployed. Hope to hear back from you.
