Assist in Changing Websites to Opencart 3.0.2.0 & Journal 3.0.26 on Existing Websites.

I have 2 websites, its running on Opencart 3.0.1.1. & Journal 3.0.26 already installed. Also assist/suggest any free opencart modules to be installed which might be useful to both the Websites like Logo etc which is already present on them. Kindly Note: (All Journal Demos has to be Functional so that i can change it as per requirements, it is not a fully functional websites as of now.) Please only bid if you have good experience with Opencart/Journal Theme only. Budget is a Major Constraint. Once bid is awarded will share the website details because it has been hacked couple of times in the past.
