auto create verified facebook account

Hi there, I need a programmer to program a software that can automatically create and verify facebook accounts with the ability to import excel spreadsheets with the following column 'username', 'first name', 'last name', 'email address' , 'email password', 'account password'. This software must be able to bypass recaptcha or captcha by facebook. The software must be able to login to any facebook page and LIKE the page based on the URL (optional) Ability to export the existing list to excel spreadsheets with the following column 'username', 'first name', 'last name', 'email address' , 'email password', 'account password'.
