bitcoin price alerts by email -- 2

Receive email alerts based on bitcoin prices. The idea is simple: users are able to set one or more email alerts, based on realtime bitcoin USD or EUR prices. When the price is less than a value or greater than a value, the users receive an alert by email. I already have API access to bitcoin prices, it's no problem to get the current values. All I need is a very simple and multiusers website which : 1. enables users to register (they receive a link to confirm their email adress). The register page must be protected with captcha. 2. user can then login. 3. user can add and remove alerts. Number of alerts is unlimited. user can set alerts on two currencies pairs: bitcoin/EUR bitcoin/USD for each pair, alert can be set on "value smaller than" or "value bigger than". 4. alerts and users preferences are stored in a mysql/mariaDB database. PHP script will be called from cronjob. Emails will be sent via PHP mail() function. I don't really care about graphics. The simpler the better (see [login to view URL] screenshot for inspiration.)
