You’re gonna need licenses for concurrent connections to share data through WebDirect. In addition, you need a license for your five-man team ($180/teamember/year). On the other hand, writing this custom software from scratch, in PHP, is a very bad idea for such a small team and here is why: - You will have to pay for each future you need (in opposite to FM or different RAD platform) - functionality will be very limited in this budget - you will not have an option to change anything without programming skills - there is a risk of low code quality and higher cost of further development (in opposite to FM where its hard do make a huge mess even if you're not an expert) If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via chat.
