build script download and upload video for youtube.

this is simple work... im looking person who can make script that i can download video from youtube to my server and then i can upload back the video to my youtube channel. i need function where i can delete ( permanent delete from my server ) , rename , see what file i already download and upload , no duplicate download or upload. can see what video current in download or upload with complete or still in progress % . i need simple page where there have dashboard page with i can set username and password. i need the script easy for me to add more ( my own ) channel with different user ( email ) . i need the script easy to install and easy to add the youtube id. thanks
