Build a simple peer-to-peer apartment rental platform

The project is to build a very simple platform where property owners can rent out their property and renters can look for flats. The fully design prototypes will be delivered in PSD, so the only task is to code the files into HTML and thereafter into a viable web platform. To limit the time and costs, this is a Minimum Viable Product that doesn't consists of many features, but will be added-on later after validation. I'm a UI & UX designer myself and did the fully PSD page; it is therefore ultra urgency that you can deliver a detailed frontend work that is equal to the exact prototype that is going to provided. If you'r not a detailed worker, please don't apply since it will only result in a bad review or termination of the project. Main page (very short and simple): - Search function to add city or country - Newest properties for selected cities - Link to see properties within different categories such as Flats, Houses How it works - The owners and renters can register themselves for free. - The owners have to register before they submit their advertising. - The renters have to submit if they want to make an action. Before that, they can browse through the platform for flats. Register / Login - The registering is working with Facebook, Google, and Email. Same with Login. - When the flat owner is registered, they have following options through their profile: - Upload photo/logo of themselves or agency, description, and location. - See, edit, and delete the flat they have listed - Chat with interested renters (messaging system) When the renter is registered, they have following options through their profile: - Upload photo, description of themselves, and what they are looking for of apartment. - See flats they have contacted - Chat with property owners of flats which they are interested in
