Build a Website in php or asp.net with database to manage clients / appointments

Client Management System For bids to be considered please provide your preffered method of doing the website wether php / asp.net etc and if you will use a open source project etc. Very important that the site should be very user friendly and nice and clear, it would be helpful if you can provide links etc of past projects. Project Description: Creation of user friendly website for the organization to be able to handle daily activities including appointments, meetings, documents, trainers, clients and all their relative information. Detailed Description: The system should be capable of the following: Create users (Trainers): 1. admin user with permission on all files, 2. regular user with permission on their respective clients. Create clients: client details – ID, email address, Skype Id, telephone number. Functionality: • User (Trainer or administrator) logs in to create a new client, the system generates and assigns a ID number to the client. • System suggests user to send application form to client. • (Receive client email reply in system if possible) • Attach document to client • User click “Schedule a meeting” selects data & time, system sends meeting info email/text to client, system sends reminder alerts 24h ahead of scheduled meeting to client & user • After meeting: user enters meeting discussion, system suggest sending transaction record form to client. • Repeat meeting, meeting discussion, schedule next meeting. After logging in each user will have: o A dashboard display, displaying upcoming meetings. o List of clients and their status Other details: o Meeting discussions should be possible to print/email.
