Build windows application to scrape web data and insert into excel spreadsheet

I require a program to gather data from a web portal that I use and insert the data into a spreadsheet. Each time the program is run, it should save the collected data into a new tab of that spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be named the same as the customers name. The portal with the data contains computer information for various customers such as windows updates applied recently, antivirus updates applied, antivirus product used, internet speeds, etc. This information is spread across multiple tabs and areas within the portal. Each customer has several PCs and I need to capture this data for every customer and in turn every customers PCs. I require the ability to manually name the spreadsheet too if need be. Each scrape that is done must timestamp the entry with time, date, month, year, etc. This is so I can report on each months worth of activities. The program will let me run the scrape on demand, or run in the background scraping daily for me at a set time. The program will send me an email alert with success/failure of scrape job. The software will have a front end GUI so we can expose some variables as we go that I may need to adjust. I have a draft spreadsheet of the data i want to collect from the site. It is attached for reference. I have a demo portal that correlates to the spreadsheet that I can share and walk through with the winning bidder.
