Build a Website first then once its working great build the apps.. App for Android and Apple. i need it to decode the vin number to a car then show all the options to the car. the data is out there just need help on how to collect it or if you know how to access a database. I am armenian as well and would love to work with you. Eventually I want to sign dealers up so the can run vin numbers and know the exact options and packages the car has. not just basic equipment but all the different options, add-ons and packages. for example this russian website has all the cars.. i need to have the same database but I have a much better marketing and execution to make a great business model. this is the website the has all the info [login to view URL] click any make and put any vin number and it will tell you all the options it has. Can you build be a website like this and have user login ability? thanks im very serious
