change absolute links and path to relative path in Drupal 7.22

in our Drupal 7.22 installation we have a lot of absolute path and in the menue also absolute links after change of hosting or domain it will make problems the task is: change to relative path and menue see attached a first analyse of the absolute path wich make problems, but also the links and maybe path to jpg etc. must be changed - so there is also the task to make deeper analyse and change than
