Changes needed for online shop - PHP/MySQL

Hi, I'm using a PHP/MySQL for my online store. This is the script [login to view URL] I need to you to implement several changes: - I need this to be multiprice per product - each product can have different price depending on the vendor, I want this to be shown for each product where there are multiple vendors offering it. Vendors feature will be used only as a info about vendor (they will not actually login and update the pricing). - I need ability to upload the products and pricing on this system's backend as this is not currently supported. This will be done through CSV upload. - I need another level of sub-category implemented so I can have Categories > SubCategories1 > SubCategories2 - I need you to develop "Smart Cart". Since there will be multiple prices per one product, when products are added to the existing Cart it needs to show Minimum Total and Maximum Total. The next step would be that users clicks Buy Smart button and app will offer him to split the existing Cart into several carts listed per store. Before splitting user gets option to choose which stores (vendors) are relevant for him (i.e. maybe one of the offered stores are not in his town so he will check mark only those that he wants to go to). Then the cart will be split into several carts and new Total will be shown as well as difference between this total and Maximum Total (absolute and %). You will also exclude the existing option that allows user to order this goods as we do not provide ordering, just the info about pricing. - Implement option to invite the friends and family to the service and earn virtual money. There is Wallet feature already implemented, you will just change the amount when user refers a friend (leaves his email) and that email becomes registered user. - Small user interface changes are needed (mainly to hide unused features, change color, or move elements around).
