A chrome extension

In brief I need a chrome extension which can manipulate an address stored in clipboard and fill fields on respective forms on pressing a predefined function key (F1 - 12). these are the websites I want this extension to work on: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I'm attaching a sample address file and screen shots of the forms on these websites which needs to be filled. Once I copy an address and press the function key (which will be defined once I choose one of you) it should fill the form. Note: This must work on chrome, I don't care which version, if I have an older version on some PC it doesn't matter Note: It must work on pressing F<n> key
