Community Homepage

I am looking for a landing page for our community website - [login to view URL] I have quite specific requirements for what I want this to look like but am open to suggestions and constructive inputs. I have a clear brand logo and a colour scheme but don’t have the technical skills or time to create this myself and would really appreciate to pay someone. I have uploaded an image of what I am seeking, it may be hard to explain but; There is a full sized image of our pear logo and when you hover the mouse over one of the quarters another image related to that item comes up (I have gifs/images for these or can create what is needed). When a quarter is hovered over it grays out the rest of the screen and puts a highlight on this quarter.
