Computer Program that finds stolen or misplaced computer or smartphone

I need program that undetectable runs on customer's computer or smartphone and every 1 hour makes connection to customer web page. For example, [login to view URL] [login to view URL] will detect IP address of these connections and save it to log file(time of connection, IP address, computer id, etc) When customer access this report: [login to view URL] it will show list of all computer ids that where saved to log. When customer access this report: [login to view URL] it will show list of all connections made by computer with id 23243234 that where saved to log. From this report customer can see last IP address of the computer and find it in case it is misplaced in organization, lost or stolen. Than customer can provide IP address and time of connection to police that they can contact Internet Service Provider company and find out name and address of user who was owner of last IP at that time. To install this program customer will do following: 1) upload file [login to view URL] to his web site. 2) during monioring agent setup enter url of this [login to view URL] so the program will know where to connect and send computer id. In some countries this technology is pathent protected so I will need 2 versions: - paid that will be used in countries with no pathent protection - free that will be used in countries with pathent protection (which will make money from advertising) Can you make it so that it will be difficult to detect this program and delete from computer?
