Convert or create a Vbulletin template from joomla template

I have a joomla website with a rockettheme template based on gantry 4. I also have a community in vbulletin with the default template. The job is to have the community that looks like the joomla template. all the functionality must be mantained from the default theme, ( i saw some template with missing functionalities) - In addiction modify the logo by adding the word "community". - The freelance must provide also, all the final sources files such as .psd or .AI together with the modified template. - Template must be responsive.
