The website of the college is already there in the web; all you need is an interface with the mentioned extra features to bring everything into one application. I would like to highlight few things in this aspect. Please have a look on that. 1. You mentioned that the college website is build in Php. Well we may go with Php5 , the latest version of Php . 2. Coming to the design part, we will use HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap for designing the interface; ensure cross browsing (IE, Mozilla, Chrome, Safari etc) compatibility and responsive layout to support multiple screen resolution for smart phones, tablets and computers. 3.
