Convert a webapp to app using build.phonegap.com

Convert a webapp to app using phonegap. Add a push messages system showing new records that i have on a mysql table. Make app start when power on phone. Make app login automatically when start (if user select "autologin" option) Push messages must be received when app is in background on phone is powered off, like most of apps. I created the app from this webapp sometimes, uploading this package to [login to view URL] and works all right, but i need the push notifications system.
