Custom Website Feature - Photo Editor

I need a small and lightweight photo editor made. It needs to be very pretty and professional looking, and also built in pure HTML5 using CANVAS and done on a responsive layout so all devices can use this feature. DETAILS -> User will start with a blank white canvas. -> User can upload image to canvas. User can rotate image, scale the size of image, and move image around on canvas. -> User can upload more images with same options as above, with each image being on a different layer. -> User needs to be able to interact with each layer separately and delete layers also. -> Text Tool. User needs to be able to type text and add it to canvas on separate layer. User needs to be able to rotate text, scale size of text and move location of text on canvas. Outside of canvas, there will be multiple icons for user to select a skateboard template. This icon will be an image of the top or bottom shape of skateboard with no graphic. When the user selects a skateboard icon, they can then click PREVIEW button. When they do this, it will show them a screen with that skateboard and their image (all layers) from the canvas pasted over the skateboard. They can then close this image and continue working on canvas. Or they can click send and send this image to admin email. That is whole project. Please quote your bid and time frame for this.
