I'm looking for someone who can create a simple and lightweight plugin that works well with caching and site optimization tools. Performance and security is key. The plugin we require is a simple free shipping notification to the customer. I would like it to update without refreshing the whole page, eg through ajax. The notifier should contain a variable on how much is left until they get free shipping. The plugin does not require an admina area. Customizable key variables within the php script is adequate. 3 display areas: [login to view URL] page [login to view URL] page [login to view URL] also want the plugin to be displayed as a widget/product in our ajax cart, as shown in attachements. Developer may choose customize on other plugins like the one linked below to achieve expected results, that is up to him/her. Just remember it should be resource efficient. Hello, first of all, thank you for an in-depth description of your project. For you convenience, I could also add a simple admin page where general variable could be set as it's easy to set and also it does not effect performance in any negative way. Since your plugin is going to work with real-time data, setting cache for responses is also not needed. The only thing that is needed for best compatibility with performance plugins is to use Wordpress coding practices for including javascript files, so they would be minified automatically. Other than that it's very simple and straightforward plugin that is difficult to make in inefficient way in the first place! I would be happy to do the work for you during the next few days.
