i installed w3 total cache to make my site faster but i got very bad issue which is home page and other pages doesn't update so i deactivated, uninstalled and delete all folders ache everything related to cache has been removed but browsers in users pc still has cache especially CSS and Java files cache if i made any css modification it doesn't show so, i have to make hard refresh by CTRL + F5 after each modify to see the changes how to fix it ? No payment till i get complete fix work will be through my pc in team viewer No login details shared

Salaam, ALl you have to do is set a cookie on the wordpress to expire, this will force the cookie and cache that was already issued to expire. eg <META HTTP-EQUIV="EXPIRES" CONTENT="Mon, 22 Jul 2002 11:12:01 GMT"> <META HTTP-EQUIV="CACHE-CONTROL" CONTENT="NO-CACHE"> So when the user visit the page they will get this new instruction and it will ignore all the prevous cahche.

cache the user stored year. you need to change this value to the cache that they all have renewed force. and then put the value back to the cache for a period of a year. I know how to fix it
