Develop a Wordpress Plugin To Control Members Area

We need a simple Wordpress Plugin to control our website members area. The plugin need to limit all free users to view only 3 other member profiles and send only 3 messages per day. That limit should be removed to paid users. To pay for a membership users need to purchase a Woocommerce Product, we will create different products for each period, for example: To unlock the account for 30 days the user need to purchase the product priced at 10 BRL, that are the "30 Days Plan" product. To unlock the account for 60 days the user need to purchase the product priced at 20 BRL, that are the "60 Days Plan" product. To unlock the account for 90 days the user need to purchase the product priced at 30 BRL, that are the "90 Days Plan" product. To unlock the account for 180 days the user need to purchase the product priced at 60 BRL, that are the "180 Days Plan" product. To unlock the account for 365 days the user need to purchase the product priced at 120 BRL, that are the "365 Days Plan" product. When the order was placed and paid the system should allow that user to use unlimited account for the period he paid for based at the Woocommerce product he bought. When a free user try to view more than 3 other member profiles or send more than 3 messages per day the website need to show a message saying the limit has reached and he need to upgrade, with a link to the pricing page.
