I can do it - JQuery/Jquery UI widgets integration/ pagination controls with MySQL .

It's an easy project, i've been programming for a few years and finished a course recently on web development, i've coded web apps using AngularJS so this should be nothing difficult, seeing as i have no track record on this site i view this as opportunity to get some jobs under my belt so i'm not doing it for the money and thus charge the least amount i can having in mind Freelancer's fee.
