C++ developer with some JQuery and CSS knowledge

This contract is just a simple test that will allow me to verify that you can help me with real development contracts. You will create an HTML form that will submit and echo the posted data. There will be no JQuery nor CSS used for this test but will be required for future contracts. The business logic will be written in standard C++ (not .NET). If you have not used ATL Server before, I can help answer questions you may have to get you going. These are the fields for the HTML form: Name: ___________ (input type text) Male: _ (input type radio) Female: _ (input type radio) _ I am a human (input type checkbox) Auto: ___________ (select tag with 3 options: Ford, Mercedes, Toyota) Submit Button When the form is submitted, please echo the data submitted by the user back to the form. In other words, the form will be filled using the same data that was posted by the user. That will conclude this test. Details regarding future job contracts Future jobs will involve creating real web applications. JQuery and CSS element positioning knowledge will be necessary. We will create functional HTML layouts and will not spend time decorating the web pages because that will be done by someone who specializes in CSS design. Notes regarding ATL Server ATL Server is a framework that separates C++ code from the HTML layout. ATL Server is very easy for people knowledgeable in standard C++. We are using Visual C++ 2013 Express. ATL Server can be downloaded from CodePlex. I can assist you in getting it set up and answer questions if you are new to it.
