Ecommerce Website + Custom Content Management System

We are a print manufacturer based in Australia. We are looking at redesigning our website into an ecommerce site where clients can order simple products online. A sample of a site we'd like to try and replicate would be www.easysigns.com.au. We will also require a custom content management system where clients can login and manage their accounts. We currently use a third-party software provider for this ([login to view URL]), however we require custom modifications to this software that our provider cannot support us with so we are now looking at developing a custom solution to better suit our needs. If you use the following login details you can see how our current system functions on the user side – User name - Lakes Printers Password – 101 The most important feature of this software is the online editable templates that the user uses to create their artwork. To see an example of this please use the above login, click ‘Products’, select ‘Marketing Packs’, then ‘A4 Just Listed’. This takes you to a ‘Select Style’ page where you will need to click ‘Next’ at the bottom. The next page, ‘Enter Details’, is the most important page. Here the user inputs variable data and uploads images to create print ready artwork. Once complete the user approves the artwork and we receive the order. This is the key feature we are trying to replicate and is essential to our business. Our main client base is the real estate industry and we require the ability to create new editable templates to save against our user accounts for them to access. As we sign up new real estate clients we will require new templates to be made to suit their branding and marketing requirements. We would hope to build a long-term relationship with the successful freelancer as we will require work from them on an ongoing basis to create these new templates when required. I have previously discussed this project with another freelancer but the progress has stalled. To proceed with this project in full I’d first ask the freelancer to create an example of the online editable templates for an A4 brochure.
