Experienced Developer Required To Edit Simple Quiz Website Script Edit Posting

I require a developer experienced in databases, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX to edit a simple quiz website script. I need a website quiz script edited. People take a quiz and are required to share or complete a popup form to view their results which appears on the same page. This popup currently appears across all quizzes however, I require the ability to create, enable and disable a popup for individual quizzes. So, basically copy what occurs site-wide across all quizzes on the site so it functions for each quiz. In addition, I require the ability to specify a redirect destination URL for each quiz result. Currently, the results are display on the quiz page however, I wish to add a external URL that the user is redirected to after they complete the quiz based on the result. I require the ability to disable and enable it per quiz, per quiz result. Quizzes generally have multiple results depending on their answers to quiz questions. This functionality should be added to each quiz result. I.e. If a quiz has four result options, I can edit each result and specify whether to leave as default (where the results are displayed as normal on the quiz page), or redirected to a external URL I set when they get this specific result.
