Extract data from certmgr store

The wordpress plugin would provide the following: automatically upload supplier's products and sync inventory quantities to woocommerce store. In addition, provides the ability to automatically route orders to supplier and sync shipment tracking back to the store. Would you be able to provide a level of effort or estimate? We need some tiny tool which could extract data from the cert manager store. The data *is not* related to the private key which we don't care. The data to extract is all publicly available by simple examine each certificate itself. Some given digital certificates are stored into the personal folder, while others are stored in Other persons folder inside certmgr. The information to extract is the one which is into Subject field from each certificate. We'd like not to install any extrange component to run the provider tool, so we will prefer and we will value some deliverable which consist in scripts .vbs or .py or whatever for tools already preinstalled into the system.
