Fix high CPU usage / Wordpress / Dokan Multi-Vendor Site / Block Malicious Robots / Plugin Checkup

Please read: I have a site ground cloud server. For some reason it is experencing high CPU Usage. It started to get worse when I was installing Dokan Business on a wordpress site, but according to the siteground engineers it's happening because of many bots. What is happening? Server load shooting up to above 200 and crashing. I need it under control.
