1. To fix pop-up problem magento 1.9 2. It appears in guest checkout, and also when register for account is user pwd entry 3. Need a permanent fix as we have fix it previously but it comes back after other patching done 4. This is documented magento 1.9 issue 5. Only experienced Magento 1.9 developer need apply (those who just want try, pls do another project this). Thanks
