The will be majorly focused on student accommodation. We consider the first website to be a "large project" where over than 160 hours will be required This will be an extension of the website below; but will require far more work, including 2 back-ends and 3 front-ends, which shall also be mobile friendly. It will require chat functionality, integration with Facebook/Insta/Pinterest and other social media platforms, Admin, Requests, Resources, Document Management, email integration and CRM functionalities. Typical website was a rather simple project, which included: front-end and back-end including mobile version. The website must be straightforward access to both our client (property owners) and our consumer (students). Student gets to see all flats / bedrooms available and choose from them, select filters and make payment; on the other hand the property owner can make room availability (calendar and number of rooms), state rate and collect payment, conditions and all amenities. When client posts and 'ad' on the website, we should be able to collect a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semester or annual fee. Among the features, the client should have the capacity to make some of his rooms 'dormant' or 'live' so that every time he logs in, it is easy for him/her to make it visible again. Content shall be written in minimum of 4 languages available (easily solvable if an excel sheet of wording used is done for the most common language i.e. English) Images are solely for reference of what is expected to be done.
