GEOIP for Local Web Visitors

We'd like to automatically direct web visitors from a very specific location to a landing page of our website, rather than the homepage. We are only interested in doing this is if it will be relatively accurate. Ideally, we'd like to target a 12 mile radius of our location but otherwise, we can target the nearest local town. Our site uses WordPress and WooCommerce.
