Header Bar w/countdown timer, sticker popup and notification popup script

I am looking for a script that will allow me to add a nice looking header bar with a countdown timer, sticker popup and notification popup. I want to be able to control the output of the script from one page. I want header bar w/ countdown to show on top of web page (I nee to be able to customize the text in the header bar) I want to be able to add post-it style stickers that will appear at various times or places on my pages that I choose. I want to be able to add notification popup offers that will appear at various times or places on my pages that I choose. I need the script to run from my server so it loads fast. Please let me know.
