Help make custom modifications to a WordPress theme

We are building a 1 page PERSONAL crowdfunding site for our green energy campaign. Basically, instead of using [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or any other similar site, we will have our campaign on our own website, and our own server to collect pledges/donations in exchange for 1 green energy reward package. We will be using the WordPress FundingPress theme which is meant for creating a website like kickstarter but we will only be using it for our 1 campaign (NOT for other people to sign up or create other campaigns - this is just for our campaign only). We well be creating our 1 campaign and modifying the template so that we can use it as the home page. I need your help with making templates modifications and I also need to customize the fund/donation form as well as create some custom emails that need to be auto-generated when someone makes a pledge/donation. Please see the project details below that explains the 4 things I need from you... 1. The custom post type "projects" in the FundingPress theme ignores [shortcodes]. We don't know why since regular pages and posts don't ignore [shortcodes]. We need this fixed. 2. Currently when a user “funds” the project they are asked for first+Last name and email then they are sent to Paypal. We need to add the following to the form: Name, email, phone, address, property type (house/unit), number of bedrooms (1-6), current energy provider, do you have solar (yes/no), Credit selection (solar, solar hot water, battery storage), accept terms and conditions checkbox. 3. Once the customer enters their details and pay/"fund" our campaign we need all their information stored in WordPress. We also need some of their details sent directly to our partnering companies depending on what “credit” they chose: Solar, Solar Hot Water, Battery Storage. Example: If they chose “Solar” an email will be sent to partner #1, if they chose “Solar Hot Water” the email will be sent to partner #2, that way our partner will contact the customer. [login to view URL] a friend tab (allows someone to enter a friends name and email and the friend will automatically be sent an invitation. If they successfully refer a friend they will receive a $20 credit. Don’t know how this can be monitored and tracked accurately but you can either code this or use an existing plugin.
