I have website on vBulletin ([login to view URL]) what i need is.... Rss feed . so that publications from instagram : www_d1alac_com will be publicized on [login to view URL] the vbulletin have rss feed publicate option. i found one site that makes rss link :feed://[login to view URL] but on that service the updates from instagram updates 1 time in 24 hours. but i need every 5 minute updates. someone who can help ?
