Interactive walkthrough in win pc with touchscreen

Hello. I am a Brazilian developer, graduated in game development and taught Unity3D classes for two years. All classes I taught were practical and were basically whats required for your project. The last project I did here on Freelance was very similar to yours. It is a medical ward simulation, I created all the coding while the graphics were sent to me. The touch screen controller for windows is not a challenge. My schedule is quite free, and I can dedicate my time to your project. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me!
