Knowledge of web application security models is a good plus. -Ability to read and understand public facing docs (Google developers website or stack overflow). -Ability to read and understand logs and stack traces. -Familiarity with modern API technologies (OAuth, HTTP RPCs). -HTTP debugging. Preferred qualifications: -Experience in technical support: familiarity with, case prioritization, SLA compliance and quality.
