Local or web based program using web scraper to create html links with data

We need a program, that runs locally.. That has keyword inputs and creates a local link example: /results/keyword (locally that we can put on website) And what it does is… It finds results on the web that has to do with each keyword. We want business results [login to view URL] name Website Location Phone Email For each keyword.. Example if I typed in ‘free dentist consultation nyc’ It would scour the web looking for these business results that come up with it. The results should be in the format of an html page. So a Title (with keyword) H1 (with keyword) Meta keywords (keyword and related keywords) Then a summary Then the list of results (business information)
