Our company's technical structure - 2 teams with one Project Manager, 2 developers and 2 testers each. There is one designer. We use Projeqtor for Project Management, Bug tracking, Gantt Charts, etc. 2. From past experience, the summary collaboration would be something like this For a project, onsite[Netherlands] should be managing the project with one or two offshore[India] developers/testers being a part of the onsite team. Onsite should create clear-cut tasks which offshore should complete coordinating with onsite resources. Offshore and onsite should have regular Skype meeting at a time convenient to Onsite and notified to all before hand. Onsite and offshore should work together to amicably settle any coordination issues. With due course of time, things would become better.
