Looking for Magento experts w/ quality web design experience to build an e-store website

I'm looking for a trustworthy, high quality, store developer that knows everything about Magento and can ecommerce design. Goal: I want to build a webstore using Magento to sell custom PC kits (products that have 3 or 4 upgrade options before checkout). I have bought this theme: [login to view URL] and have demo 4 set up on my website, [login to view URL] hosted with Hostgator. Budget: This is a startup concept by some business/computer science college students and our budget is limited to our initial success/investment funding at the moment. We understand the website design will play a huge part in our success and we are willing to offer more for quality work later down the road once we start making a profit. Meaning, if your work helps us do well on the business side, we are prepared to reward you quite generously in the end. Long term support will probably be needed and paid for once our business starts and we have a good relationship with you. Design: As for the theme, I am partial to a red/white/black color scheme. Because we will open shop with only 5-10 base products, I figured they would be best individually showcased in a slider like the circular content slider featured on demo 4 of this theme (Kallyas). However, I do not like the fact that I can't scroll down past the slider once my mouse touches the slider. If you have a better design concept in mind, please offer it. The menu items will be Home, Custom Kits, Parts, About, Contact, (and anything else you can think of). I'd also like to have a neat modern forum that is linked to in the top right corner about the main menu. Shoot me some examples of your previous work in your blurb. (Do not send me to websites that you did not have a major role in designing. I will follow up on this). Thanks!
