Your software can be a Desktop app, built with Windows Project Foundation (WPF) [Recommended], A Cross-Platform Mobile Application built with Xamarin Form or A Web Application built with ASP.Net Core WebAPI + Blazor. This depends on your preference. Furthermore, there are 10 top features I will add: 1) I'll design an interface that will allow you to IMPORT phone numbers from various file/data formats like (Excel, CSV, and JSON). 2) I'll add an interface where you can manually insert specific numbers to send SMS to. 3) I'll create a backend or database setup to store counts and logs of sent messages. 4) I'll provide the ability to integrate custom or popular CRMs as a data source. 5) I'll provide SMS body and sender templates which can be re-used according to your requirements. 6) I'll set up a scheduler to enable automated or timed initiation of SMS sending. 7) I'll provide adequate code documentation and user manual. 8) I'll provide additional 1-month support after project completion for quick enhancements and corrections. 9) I'll provide security features to limit access to the app (if you require).
