Magento Extension/Plugin Development

I would like to develop an extension for integration between our ERP application with Magento. This are the functionalities i am looking at the initial stage. 1). From ERP : The products will be created in ERP and has to be synchronized with Magento with a specific price list for ecommerce. 2).From Magento : The customers created/Registered in magento has to be synchronized with ERP. 3).From Magento: The orders created in Magento has to be synchronized with ERP. 4).From ERP: The updates(Order status,Shipment status,payment status) of an order from ERP which was created/synced from Magento has to be synchronized with Magento. From ERP side you will be getting REST api to pull the data. Note: The work should not break any Magento framework rules. Please don't send generic proposals.
