Make a spin wheeler responsive ...

Hello Bidder, This is my website [login to view URL] when you click question button after third button pop up is coming where spinner is rotating. so there it two task in this. once spinner rotate automaitcally when popup and always win same result and responsive in every screen. [login to view URL] I am using this jquery for wheel. here they have given also solution for wining every time same result but not getting same result. We need this work asap in next 2-3 hours. This is not big task.
