Make Video builder website by using php code to export html5 to video mp4 or gif

Hi,Web developers We want to make a video builder base on website by use html5. First, We will prepare html5 as a templates and then you create the UI page to receive the data(text,text style,text color, text size, image, video, music file) from user. We hope the user can import their image,video and music file too. Next, You edit prepared html5 from us with the user input data. And then use the code(maybe javascript) to mix music and export html5 to video mp4 or gif file. And send notice to user by mail. We want you to create the membership admin page too.
