Migrating design and content from existing HTML site to a new Joomla site

A existing site made with "CMS Made Simple" needs to be migrated to a new Joomla site. There are just a few pages (< 10) and some pics (< 20), so content is easy to copy. Your job: - Install and secure Joomla (english + german language in admin section, site is in german language) - Create a new Joomla site along design of existing "CMS Made Simple" site - Insert / arrange content and pics of existing "CMS Made Simple" site to the new Joomla site - Design (layout and colors) and arrangement of pages and menus needs to be 1:1 of existing "CMS Made Simple" site - Responsive layout to be compatible with mobile devices (Android / IOS) - Contact page with Captcha and capability to send secured email (SSL / TLS) - 1-2 new menu items and associated pages (content is text, will be provided) - You will get FTP access to install Joomla Remarks: - New site has to be full HTTPS functional - No use of suspect templates or Joomla components from third-parties - Editor: JCE Editor Pro (provided) - Project has to be finished and online until 05/31/2018
