Mobilephone Simulator & Script to post Comments on Google Play

This Project has multiple Requirements. 1 Requirement: Mobilephone Simulator What we need: We need a Software simulating a mobilephone. It should be able to automatically change the Device ID , Model of Phone (for example first it simulates an Huawaii then a Samsung S7 then Samsung S4 then LG and so on..) as much Models as better , Android version (all acutal versions), language of system... and some more. Also it should be able to use proxies. 2. Requirement Script to post Comments on google Play. The script should be able to connect to the Mobilephone Simulator, selects a proxie (there should be options how to load the proxies.. like txt , database, direct) and then the mobilephone simulator downloads a game from the playstore (there should be an option in the script/GUI of script to insert the App-Link), give a rating (1-5 stars , i should be able to select how many stars i want to give) and then posts a comment to the app. There should be also an option to select where the script gets his comments (txt, database). Once the Script commented the App, it should change proxy, device ID, Android Version, Phone model and so on, and then again download, rate, comment.. so be sure i can select a number for ratings.. so for example 40.. then the script should change 40x Proxy, Model, android version and so on.. Hints how to get this done: As Base you could use Bluestacks. You can use the bluestacks API , so the script could change Device ID , Phone Model , Android Version and so on. How the Script acts change Proxy and download, rate and comment its on you. Please only reply if you have ANY idea how to realize this! i dont need any stupid offers here, only EXPERT hackers, developers, geniuses.. Its important to simulate human behavior .. changing proxy, devices , models, android versions and so on, because otherwise google is deleting the comments and ratings! Now i am very excited to get to know some very good developers for further projects! I really only need people who are able to develop this !!!
